Another Day in Paradise.
Tity dropped the cheque into my condo at esj. Our accoun is closed with her. went for a walk on the beach & swim in the ocean, Then back to the spa and pool. Went to condo #601 in Racquet Club condominio and chat with Harry & Ethel Ratner, and ask them to manage condo 1405 for us after Alicia move out when her lease ended. Harry managed condo 1405 for us when we first purchased condo 1405. He agreed to manage it for us again. He said seasonal rental is about $100.00 to $125.00 per day in season. They charge 20% off rental fee for their commission. They have a local lady looking after the rental when they return to their home in Albony. New York in May.
